A warm welcome to Turmhotel Gschwendt! I am Martin Steger and, together with my team, I run our house in Colle di Fuori in Val Casies – with a passion for hosting, honest cooking and a deep bond with our valley.
Who runs Turmhotel Gschwendt?
Turmhotel Gschwendt is run by Martin Steger and his team. Our family is at home in Val Casies: just 6 km from the hotel lies our Blaslahof. Hotel guests benefit from this connection too – as a guest at the Gschwendt, you can use the indoor pool and sauna at the Blaslahof free of charge.
Host and chef by passion
At Turmhotel Gschwendt, Martin is not only your host but also the chef in the kitchen. In the evening, he treats you to a freshly prepared 4-course menu, and the homemade cakes at the hotel bar are his work as well – made with regional products.

True rest begins where you can let go. The peace and quiet around our house and the familiar atmosphere create the right setting for it.

Sustainable holidays are close to our heart: from regional products at breakfast and natural soap in the rooms to consciously doing without daily room cleaning – for the sake of the environment and of Val Casies.
