Information & conditions for your stay at Turmhotel Gschwendt
Price list: The prices shown include VAT and apply per day and person, with a minimum occupancy of 2 people, for bed and breakfast.
Discounts for children (sharing a room with 2 adults):
- children from 0 to 2.99 years: overnight stay free of charge; cot € 10.00 per day
- children from 3 to 5.99 years: 50 % discount
- children from 6 to 11.99 years: 30 % discount
- from 12 years: 15 % discount
Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival, your booked room is available from 4 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10 am at the latest.
Garage: We will be happy to reserve a parking space in the hotel garage for you. The price is € 10.00 per day.
No smoking: Under Italian law, smoking is prohibited in public buildings. A strict no-smoking policy therefore applies throughout the hotel; all rooms have a balcony or terrace.
Pets: For your four-legged family member we charge € 18.00 per day (food not included). Please bring your pet’s basket or blanket. Dogs are only allowed in certain rooms and must be registered when booking. Dogs may not be left alone in the room (except during breakfast time); out of consideration for other guests, they are not allowed in the breakfast room. Owners are liable for any damage caused by their dog. In the surrounding area you will find many lovely walking paths with equipped dog stations.
Local tax: The local visitor’s tax of € 3.50 is charged per guest and night, is due on departure and is shown separately on the invoice. Children and teenagers under 14 are exempt.
Payment methods: We accept cash, EC/Bancomat card and credit card.
Booking guarantee: For a binding reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the total booking amount by bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions: There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions. Cancellations, late arrivals and early departures must be communicated verifiably by e-mail or fax within the deadlines below:
- up to 30 days before the day of arrival, you can cancel free of charge
- cancellation up to 15 days before arrival: 40 % of the agreed total price
- cancellation up to 8 days before arrival: 60 % of the agreed total price
- cancellation less than 8 days before arrival: 70 % of the agreed total price
If no cancellation is made, or no advance notice is given by e-mail or fax in the event of late arrival, 70 % of the agreed total price, or of the price for the days between the agreed and the actual arrival/departure date, is payable. The agreed price is the total price stated at the time of booking.
