We attach great importance to sustainability and the protection of our nature for future generations. That's why we prefer to use products from local producers for our breakfast menu. The short distances, the pure mountain air and the careful work of our farmers give these ingredients an incomparable flavour.

The special climate of our region contributes to a slower ripening of the food, which intensifies its flavour - a difference you will taste!

Please understand that our small suppliers are not always able to deliver the required quantities. In such cases, we may resort to using selected wholesale products.

Our breakfast buffet welcomes you every morning with a varied selection of freshly baked bread, cold meats, yoghurt and fresh milk, various mueslis and cornflakes, jams, honey and butter, homemade cakes, fruit and freshly squeezed juices. We are happy to prepare fresh egg dishes on request.

AFTERNOON DELIGHTS: We also provide sweet moments in the afternoon with homemade cakes and a selection of refreshing drinks, which you can enjoy in our cosy dining room.
