In order to preserve the surroundings and our valuable nature also for later generations, we use tasty products from local producers whenever possible. A short transport route to the hotel, the fresh mountain air, and the personal attention of farmers' to their products make every meal an unmistakable experience for your palate.

During your stay you will be spoiled with…

• The CASIES MOUNTAIN BREAKFAST  awaits you with a vast selection of freshly baked bread, cold meat slices, yoghurt and fresh milk, various cereals and cornflakes, jams, honey and butter, home-made cake, fruit and freshly squeezed juices. We also serve fresh egg dishes made to order.

• YOUR LUNCH: in our dining room or on the terrace you can order lunch from our menu of the day. Our chef will spoil you with Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine.

• AFTERNOON SNACK: in the afternoon you can spoil your palate with sweet delights. Home-made cake specialties and a selection of refreshing drinks are at your disposal in the dining room.

• THE EVENING MENU: after a recreational and adventurous day we serve a 4-course menu with traditional dishes from alpine and Mediterranean cuisine.

The altitude and the difference in temperatures in our area are the reason for a slower, yet more intensive development of aromas and taste in the food. This is a difference you can taste – find out for yourself! The many small businesses from which we purchase our food are not always able to deliver the amount we would require. We therefore ask for your understanding if we sometimes have to purchase food from wholesale suppliers.
