Terms of reservation:

Please note:

• Price list: The rates are inclusive of half board. A surcharge of € 10.00 per night applies for single rooms. In case of early departure or late arrival we charge 80% of the agreed rate for the remaining days. For no show at breakfast or dinner no refund will be given.
• Children's reductions: We grant the following reductions for children staying in aroom with 2 adults:
  • children from 0 to 1.99 years: free (cot available upon request)
  • children from 2 to 5.99 years: reduction of 50%
  • children from 6 to 11.99 years: reduction of 30%
  • children from 12 to 14.99 years: reduction of 15%
• Methods of payment: We accept cash, cheque, credit cards (VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, VPAY, Mastercard PayPass, JCB, Union Pay and American Express) and bank card payments. According to law no. 201/2011 since 6th of December 2011 cash payments above 999.99 Euro are prohibited.
• Booking and deposit: We request a deposit of 200.00 Euro per room via bank transfer in order to confirm your booking. Bank charges have to be paid by guests.

• Cancellation: Room cancellations are valid only in written form. In case of cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival you can cancel your booking in writing. A cancellation fee of 50 % of the total price applies for cancellations from 14 to 7 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellations of less than 7 days prior to arrival we charge 70% of the total rate.
• Travel insurance: We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Please click here for information, fees and purchasing travel cancellation insurance. This is a product of the Europäische Reiseversicherung in cooperation with the South Tyrolean Hotel Association HGV.
• Check-in: On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 2 p.m.
  Check-out: Please vacate the room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Pets are accepted in the hotel. We charge 7.00€/day and pet. In respecting other guests animals have no access to the dining room. If you prefer to have your pet with you when eating we would be pleased to set a table in the bar.
• Underground car park: Upon request you can reserve a parking spot in the underground car park of the hotel. The parking fee is Euro 6.00 per day.
• No smoking: Smoking in public buildings is prohibited by Italian law. Hence, the entire hotel is a no-smoking area. (All rooms dispose of balcony or terrace).

The price list is valid from November 2012. Printing errors, mistakes and changes excepted.
